Charges for a property published on MLS are considered brokerage commission. Realtor's fees are considered professional charges and are not subject to sales tax.  "No Closing Charges to realtor" means there is no closing charges paid to REAL RENT. Closing cost paid to settlement office is not within the scope of this phrase.

Syndication to various real estate web sites takes place after MLS publication, but it is in the hands of MLS, which is not under the control of REAL RENT.
